Natural Law is controlled by nature.

Common Law is made by the people by having juries. People created law, creating Common Law. Common Law is made by the decisions of Juries. Under Common Law the judge is the Convener. The jury is the judge. The 1215 Magna Carta is the peoples Constitution. Government can not repeal or rewrite Constitutional Law. Government can not write itself into Constitutional Authority that they are a part of. The Bill of Rights is not a constitutional document, because it is a Bill. It is an Act of Parliament.

Government created Law are Statutes / Legislation (not constitutional law). All statutes and legislation are under UCC Uniform Commercial Code which functions in Commerce through tacit contracts. Police authority, government, courts are registered corporations, use the Uniform Commercial Code. Government can repeal any rule, enactment, law, statute and legislation that they have created. The government is a fiction. Can not have the fiction gaining authority over its creator. The people being the creator because the people exist in nature first. The government is then created afterwards by the people.
