Well done Mick. So impressed by the committment and honest expression. You guys have what it takes. As for kidney infetctions (or any infection) personally I no longer take antibiotics. Instead I rely on olive leaf powder (I make my own 00 size capsules which turn out to weigh 500mg or so, but you can readily buy them on ebay. I no longer use amazon if I can help it for obvious reasons). If I feel an infection coming on I take 2 500mg capsules 4 times a day and then tail off as the infection tales off. I have resolved cystitis and (separately) a kidney infection like this. I also take high dose vitamin c regularly in the form of sodium ascorabte. You can buy a kilo of the stuff on ebay (make sure it's non GMO). Just mix a teaspoon (or however much you want) into water (I prefer hot water) and drink, all day long.
