⁣MK Ultra techniques have been used on people from all types of backgrounds within society. I wonder if this is the reason we are all seeing an explosion of needless violent attacks worldwide. Or what about all the strange behaviour from certain celebrities and athletes around the world. Is it possible they have been compromised by MK Ultra to create distractions to ultimately push their agenda?.... Let me know your thoughts in the comments below....
