This is indeed a sad event. A young man now faces a life that will be forever tarnish simply for defending himself from government supported thugs. And of course the travesty is that the real criminals do not have to face the consequences of their actions even posthumously. Kyle should file civil suits against the estates of the two that died as well as the thug that lived. He should also file suit against the prosecutor under Title 42, Section 1983.

The Prosecutor is beyond corrupt. He needs to be made responsible for the six criminal acts he performed. Eliminate police, prosecutor and judges qualified immunity among other things.

As far as I'm concerned this is clearly self-defense. That crowd separated him from his allies and were ready to lynch him. Anyone in his situation would defend themself. Every living creature on this planet has a right to self-defense.

It wouldn't have happened had the police been doing their jobs. Just my opinion.
