They need to take control of all the utilities for the ultimate control system .
Apparently if those boilers are not installed you will not be able to sell your property.
Every property will also given an energy test like an MOT for a car to make sure that every property is not wasting energy .
You will need a certificate
so basically the only way you will be able to heat your your home will be electricity .
Gas and wood will be banned .
The reason they are pushing a healthier lifestyle is to get everyone on a plant based diet which they control GMOs.
Control the food supply and the utilities and you have everyone exactly where you want them .
