This looks increasingly like a full-scale cull of certain facets of society; starting with the elderly, sick and disabled. Think about the Ivory Tower Crowd rubbing their hands in glee as they save Heaven-knows-how-much in benefits, pensions and other sundries associated with the aforementioned demographic. Who will they come for next? We are now living in a movie, folks. It will not have a happy ending if we do not collectively wake up - and SOON!

The vax is I think a Chimera virus as defined by the USDA and it causes the recipient to become a Chimera too. I am not a Christian, but symbolically this is literally the pale horse of the apocolypse.
