They need Africa's resources and get them for peanuts and make enormous profits trading them on the Stock Markets. Unfortunately this educated lady forgot to mention that it is due to ALL corrupt leaders of ALL African countries who steal most of the aid and ensure their fellow citizens remain poor forever.
