A cursory investigation seems to imply this article is legitimate - documents do in fact seem to have been lodged requesting criminal investigation with/by the Hammersmith CID (England) and the International Criminal Court (Hague, Netherlands). However, the receipt provided by the ICC does not necessarily mean a case will be raised or heard - that is yet to be confirmed. Either way and in both instances, it will be interesting to see how this plays out (IMO).
