yes and no ... you've got to know your shit to establish your court before the prosecution can do the old trustee/agent switch- a-roo that takes place had you stand up and answer to the name ... particularly when their is no victim / damaged property or plaintiff ... from what I've seen you'd answer as the PRINCIPAL in the matter then directly attack the prosecution for bringing the HEARSAY before the court without full disclosure... had you not fall in one of the many word semantics traps used for tacit consent the prosecution is the only person at that point as( trustee/agent ) who can provide remedy to the charge at which point you demand the prosecution dismiss/discharge all the charges ... as its a bank / business the JUDGE still gets paid ( he's happy) and your out the door in 5 minutes flat ... they have 3 chances to contract with you and if unsuccessful the judge without anything being said will rise and leave the court room ( had you let him return his return signals that the court has been reset ) upon his departure HE WHO LEAVES THE FIELD OF BATTLE LOOSES BY DDEFAULT then demand again for all charges to be dismissed... not as simple as it sounds as the trickery they use with word semantics is the difficult part that would take years to familiarize yourself with ... simple every days words like YOU have a completely different meaning apply in LAW ..
