That's not exactly what's he saying. He is saying that within 24 hours of D-Day, they will distribute what they already will have in storage for the planned communities, hospitals, first responders, essential personnel, etc... Then, as they get more in hand, the rest of americans based on their priority list, will get the vaccine. I am not getting the vaccine, does not matter what. But, whosoever wants it, it will be available when they get their turns.

The US has vaccine courts for those who have been injured from vaccines. 4 billion has been paid out as compensation through these courts funded by taxpayers. I believe there will be no compensation for those injured by the Covid vaccine they are immune from liable, we are left to take care of ourselves, don't get the vaccine.
