⁣Here is a glimpse of the 2019 Eastside Culture Crawl here at the ARC in Vancouver BC. Two evenings and two days of craziness!!! About 4000 visitors in total came through the ARC alone! An absolute riot, the coolest people coming to see art, endless talking and often sales if you are lucky. This was our best year ever at the ARC. We had about 30 different studios open here with all sorts of art forms. The Crawl is a prime time to see art and where the artists actually live and work. If you are in the hood next year make sure you check it out! There are also numerous other buildings that also partake in this crazy fun event. To see or learn more go to http://www.culturecrawl.ca The site is an incredible resource for any type of art you can imagine.

Or if you are too impatient to wait for next year check out http://www.firstsaturday.ca The ARC is part of this event also where every first Saturday of the month a bunch of artists open their studios to the public. Not even near the crowds that the Crawl has but a great time to see a lot of artist studios.

Oh and if you are interested in living at the ARC go to http://www.arcstudios.ca There is a long winded tedious monologue there that tries to talk you out of the idea. In the event that does not work then you can phone me and I can book you in a building tour. If that also does not talk you out of the idea I will then explain to you the application process and tell you how to get in here before anyone else. The ARC is a crazy fun place to live, has an incredible sense of community and offers the best value Vancouver has to offer. Especially for artists which I should add is a requirement to live here. Artist as in painter, sculptor, musician, potter, actor, photographer, inventor, designer, etc etc. If you are an artist and don't think you can afford it you you might want to reconsider... you might just find you can't afford not to consider it.
