They've been modifying the weather and causing severe weather anomalies for decades. 60 years ago in the '60s they seeded clouds (Operation Popeye) in Vietnam to make torrential rain to slow down enemy troops and kill village crops. And we've all seen the cloud-manufacturing they're doing now from the ground.

So if they can make clouds and seed them to make rain, why haven't they done that over wildfires in CA and AU? You guessed it, because they started those fires deliberately to herd people off land they want for their Agenda 2030 wildlife corridors and concentration camp supertrains.
