⁣At present I think it’s easier to say No. Today I received a paper post letter from an unknown place, purportedly part of the NHS (it did use my proper reg number) offering the prospect of booking a pair of appointments for C-19 jabs, via their site. No direct reply address, nor any declaration of the ‘Agent’ etc on the letter. It came along with an ‘age-group’ orientated 12 page leaflet - a bit like a typical election campaign leaflet, in effect. Their site is a one way street, on the assumption that one actually wants one.

Because it was not possible to reply to it normally, I wrote to the GP surgery that I normally use, to grumble about it and declined to accept the offer yet. They seem to be left out of the loop, which I suspect is a separate project being run under the NHS banner; we’ll see what the outcome of that is. Most likely, more leaflets etc through the post.

Is there any posibility that you could offer a link where we could down load said qustionnaire as this I think, would throw a MASSIVE spanner in the works ??

you could also leave them an affidavit to sign putting the responsibilty on them personally, that if you should be damaged in any way, they owe you personally £50000 and £200000 goes to the family if you should die.
