So basically we have authority over them, not the other way around as they'd like us to believe. They are there to trick you into an "understanding" or agreement to lower your true standing and stand in their artificial jurisdiction by creating a contract, written or verbal with you. One you surrender jurisdiction to them, they can assault you with their acts, statutes, codes, orders, regulations, directives, etc., because they only have authority over you WITH YOUR CONSENT. :)
