You do not have to ID yourself to a police officer or Covid Martial under Covid laws and regulations.
Police versus Mr Neale in Cardiff Courts early Feb 2021. The judge threw out the police case and no action was taken against Mr Neale. See Law Society Gazette from 3rd week in Feb 2021 for the report.

Great advice, thank you for the upload. :) Although I don't trust lawyers as a rule, this one is also a man who knows who he is and is trying to teach others the same - where they STAND under the law which is ABOVE anyone trying to lower that standing to contract/admiralty jurisdiction. A lawyer's first duty is to the courts and not to the client. All courts now default into admiralty/commercial contract courts unless you refuse to "all rise" and acknowledge that jurisdiction, keeping the clerk/judge in honor of his oath in Common Law. This is according to Corpus Juris Secundum - the legal encyclopedia with over 800 years of recorded jurisprudence - Volume 7, Section 4. It also states they may only represent infants, wards of the court/state (which you become the second you hire one), and imbeciles or persons (not men or women) of unsound mind, but some of them actually have consciences and are trying to do the right thing and uphold Common Law, the law of the land where lawyers don't need to represent you, because you ARE you. Lawyers represent fictitious legal entities, men and women represent themselves as Common Law is simple - do no harm, you, you can't steal, injure or damage anyone or their stuff, that's it, and it requires a victim, too. ~Cheers

He sure made a simple consept complicated, but don't give up , it may save your bacon. I could write reams about the fraud that is out Birth Certificate, better if you do the research for youself then you will understand, only a Constable has any authority over you as a living person and then only if you have broken the Common Law. Police Officers are just revenue collectors for the corporation that is the Police Force. Happy reading.

It's kind of like riding a bike, once you get it, it comes naturally. Getting it doesn't take much time but it does change the way you see everything - because you see it in its proper, lawful and honorable light. Basically, they have no authority over men and women, that's Common Law. They only have authority over "fictitious legal entities". This might help you 'get it". This is US Supreme Court ruling from 1795, but it explains it very well: "Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary, having neither actuality nor substance, IS FORECLOSED FROM CREATING AND ATTAINING PARITY WITH THE TANGIBLE. The legal manifestation of this is that no government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc.(police) can concern itself with anything other than corporate, artificial persons and the contracts between them." S.C.R. 1795, Penhallow v. Doane's Administrators, 3 U.S. 54; 1 L.Ed. 57; 3 Dall. 54. Parity is equal legal standing, a requirement of ALL CONTRACTS, and real (you and me) STANDS ABOVE artificial, imaginary, numbers on paper (them). Hope that helps!

So basically we have authority over them, not the other way around as they'd like us to believe. They are there to trick you into an "understanding" or agreement to lower your true standing and stand in their artificial jurisdiction by creating a contract, written or verbal with you. One you surrender jurisdiction to them, they can assault you with their acts, statutes, codes, orders, regulations, directives, etc., because they only have authority over you WITH YOUR CONSENT. :)
