i think it depends on how one views it. I prefer the term scam.
The first thing to establish (which it is not possible to do) is whether the engineered virus was released accidentally or intentionally. And even if it was accidental, those operating in this sphere would know that this would inevitably happen at some point in time. The scam is the unneccesary measures that are being taken to deal with the phenomena and that includes using a test that was recommended not to be used for what it is being used for. And using an amplification beyond what was recommended. And administering a vaccine that is not a vaccine.
