Nobody can read your mind. But they are certainly capable with nano bots and implants to control your response and behaviour on chemicals, viruses, poisons and stress conditions. The mind is a complex bio chemical computer much more complex than any computersystem on earth. So it's totally bollocks they could read or alter your thoughts. They can't even heal Psychiatric patients!
