Why are you calling this a treaty? The treaty hasn't even been written yet, its not a treaty we need to be concerned about. It is amendments to the "International Health Regulation" which the US and many other nations already agreed to back in 2005(pretty sure or earlier) it is a done deal that we are already a part of. The ammendments which include removal of some of the protections we have and others outright give authority to the WhO during an "event of international concern" and these ammendments dont need the house or senate for approval from the US.
