Wow...I have just returned home from a ONE night stay at a beautiful hotel in Wotton under Edge, and the staff struggled as they had to wear masks CONSTANTLY, I call it abuse, there were arrows everywhere, I call it humiliate the guests as they are too stupid to know how to walk, and the whole experience was thoroughly depressing as I saw NO SMILES...what a horrible sleepover in what should have been a lovely treat. NEVER GOING BACK to De Veres Totworth Court. I was the only person who refused/avoided wearing a mask.
