⁣FLU / COVID-19 Remedies updated - if you have a lack of smell, best to have a nasal steam bath.
Put 2 tablespoons of baking soda (food grade) in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of salt.
Boil garlic, onions and lemon peel for 5 minutes, until the steam has a strong garlic scent. Then pour everything into the bowl.
Put head over the bowl with a towel over your head to prevent steam from escaping.
Breath in the steam. Will clear nasal passage and regain a sense of smell. The baking soda has antibacterial properties.

DETOX WITH BAKING SODA
RECIPE for Alka-Seltzer.
One third of a glass of Water.
Quarter teaspoon of Baking Soda (food grade). Mix together. Then put 1 tablespoon of pure Lemon Juice. Again mix together and drink on an empty stomach in the morning for 5 days.

SINSEMILLA TEA
Another remedy is making a hot tea from sinsemilla. A highly potent marijuana plant. Years back the marijuana plant was cured with brown rum and dried. Fresh is better. Put a handful of sinsemilla in a pot of water. Boil. Strain. Drink as a tea. This will knock out any flu strain out of the body. The next day flu will be gone. Years ago this was used as a remedy for flu and colds.

NASAL SALT WATER DROPS FOR BABIES
Baby under one year old NASAL SALT WATER DROPS to clear mucous from nostrils - ancient remedy - Mix quarter teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon of Luke warm water in a cup. Mix together until salt dissolves. Put one or two drops in each nostril. The baby will immediately sneeze out mucous to clear nose. The doctor can also prescribe Nasal Salt Water Drops to obtain from your local chemist but may contain other components that are not necessary.

Face masks may cause the face to develop a fungal infection. Put a handful of baking soda (food grade) on a face cloth. Wet with warm water. Work baking soda into cloth, then scrub face. Rinse thoroughly with cold water. May have a stinging sensation that will eventually subside. Not advisable to scrub everyday because baking soda is slightly abrasive.
