Nevertheless, this esteemed gentlemen is careful to point out that the efficacy of these experimental pharmaceutical products would take place by assessing their effectiveness on "Human Volunteers" in any trial involving these Genetic Therapies.

I wonder how many people around the globe who have NOW sadly been inoculated with the Reaper Juice would describe themselves as willing "VOLUNTEERS IN AN EXPERIMENTAL TRIAL OF GENTIC THERAPIES"??!!
