Real, for a few reason, but who knows 100% certain? It is no surprise a doctor would know and think what she does, just a bit of surprise to hear official telling the truth. Does she think it is a question of, oh dear they made a mistake but they'll admit it and put it right,... soon. There is absolutely no way, whatever resources and money are thrown at it to twist the story, that this will be tolerated. Maybe doctors are scared into compliance by their pharma masters now, but they will face a scarier future if they continue to comply when the truth is widely known.

If the government thinks it can just say this has all been an awful mistake then I think they're going to get a nasty shock.
