A Court "Summons" in leaglease is an "invitation" to contract with a court. If you sign in when you arrive at court or fill in any court papers, you have in effect contracted with the court to take your money away. However. if you decline to sign in or fill in ANY of the court papers, the court has no jurisdiction over you and cannot Act against you. There are also ways in which you can legally have ANY Magistrate prosecuted. Please familiarise yourself with the Judges Promissory Oath Act 1868 which is still law. I have used this Act against a Magistrate before a court hearing and the case was thrown out without even attending the court. The letter I received stated that "the case was not in the public interest." Magistrates do not have legal qualifications and usually use a paralegal to assist them in many cases.
