What law? What you are talking about is not law but statutes, regulations, ordinances and codes. They are not law but prohibitions of man known as ⁣malum prohibitum, evil by prohibition. Law requires an injured party and in Latin would be malum in se, evil in itself. Fictional parties can not be injured.
He should tell that dumb ass cop that he is not her slave and will do nothing.
