There is no such thing as an assault weapon, or a defense weapon...just a weapon period...if you are attacked it's used for self- defense, when you are doing the attacking it's used to assault...same weapon in both cases, and it withstands the scrutiny of reason that the more effective a weapon is, for self defense , the better...The Left and their puppet RINO's use logical fallacies along with the exploitation of false flags, to brainwash the population to their way of thinking. The use of logical fallacies to enact laws is what should be exposed and banned, that's it, that's all!

Therefore what needs banning are laws based on logical fallacies...A weapon is a weapon, it can be equally used for assault or for self defense regardless of it's efficiency level. The more effective the weapon the better it is for self defense.
