⁣There are many plausible strategic observations that explain the current global conflagration. Your commentary on the "Grounded Ship" and the protagonists up on the bridge who scuttled it on rocks is most certainly, by my reckoning at least, one of the more likely explanations. However, as any good chess player will tell you, one will never win at that game by tracking only a singular strategy that is being mounted by your opponent. In that vein, a number of other plausible scenarios can be conceptualized at this point in time and still "FIT" our observations of what is taking place around us. For example, a third world war, with Biological Agents rather than Thermonuclear Weapons being adopted as the preferred agents of destruction. Within this "scenario", mass vaccination of the proletariat is merely the administration of an anti-dote against an as-yet undefined and undeployed biological weapon. This strategic scenario also achieves the same fundamental "objectives" of the hidden global power brokers. Namely significant population reduction. One should bare in mind that there is a reason why so many of the world’s Billionaires have been keeping themselves busy over the past two decades building luxurious 'end-of-days' underground bunkers - with 2-5 year food and water supplies.
