NEW TUTORIAL: Exemption Letters & Our Actions to Take to Win This War.

Over the past nearly two years, as a wholistic health care practitioner, a certified reflexologist, I have been writing letters of exemption for people to not submit to the communist overthrow which is attempting to push us into submission on all levels.
I have four exemption letters for you to help your children and you in school, work, places of business, medical facilities, and general day-to-day living, all based upon both the state and federal constitution and federal laws.
Depending upon the letters, they also reflect state codes, which while not law, are cited for the specific details that underwrite our own constitutional lawful rights. A cover letter accompanying each letter helps address the specific details further and is addressed to schools, HR departments, etc.
1. Face Covering Exemption Letter: This one page letter cites your state’s health department’s and governor’s order, including the exemptions, verbatum, and declares your health exemption in compliance with their order to not wear a face covering or face shield due to health reasons. (which do not need to be disclosed as per HIPAA https://www.cdc.gov/phlp/publications/topic/hipaa.html)
2. Religious Medical Exemption Letter: This religious exemption letter asserts your rights based upon your religious beliefs as written in your state and federal Constitutional rights, the supreme Law of the Land, to not be vaccinated, wear a face covering or face shield, temperature- taking, or COVID-19 tested. The letter also includes protection under Title VII of the U.S. Civil Rights Act from being discriminated against because of your religious beliefs under which federal employees are protected as well, regardless the “federal mandate” to be vaccinated. The letter is signed by your religious pastor, etc. Christian letters have biblical quotes. Other religions are cutomized, including Sophianic Animism. Additionally I write a cover letter to describe the circumstances further, particularly if you are employed. This would go to the HR deparment.
3 & 4.. Medical Exemption Letter and Work Exemption Letters: This three (former) and four (latter) page letter cites your right to not be vaccinated, wear a face covering or face shield, temperature-taking or COVID-19 testing. This letter cites specific Human Experimentation rights based upon your informed consent and goes further to claim your rights to refuse, without repercussion, access to public businesses, schools, institutions, et al. if the medical procedures cannot be proven without harm to you. There is permission to be tested, as you will note. This is intentional. It is based upon those requiring the tests to PROVE that they cause no harm. Which they cannot. Only once they PROVE no harm, is there any possibility of accepting the medical procedures. Note the reference your rights, the laws and the liability aspects for the individuals and businesses. The bottom line, this puts the onus on the individual or employer who refuses you access and for any harm should these experimental demands upon you cause any adverse health ramifications. In other words, this person / business is liable. You can then take action to sue for violating your rights if they refuse your employment, or in the case of public access, you can then take action to sue for violating your rights if they refuse your access.
Hold onto your rights. Fight for this and you will be victorious. If you are refused access to a business, your work, school, then the next step is to write an affidavit. I can help you with this as well. Contact me for a zoom consultation.
