Government Conditioning - People Don't Have Morals
At a Oaxaca notary's office I saw these silent films being played on the huge TV screen in the waiting area. This one is to condition the public to accept the idea that no one in your family can be trusted to execute your last will and testament sans an Illuminati-affiliated notary who will charge a few thousand to draw up your will and a couple thousand more to execute it. Oh, and of course, whatever the value of the estate you're leaving to your family, the notary will collect 30% of that and call it 'taxes', making sure to register any property 'on the books' so the government can collect annual extortion and call that 'taxes' too.
When we start down the road of pretending we can delegate the responsibility we have for ourselves - our estates, our lives, etc., - we give up the freedom that would've otherwise come with accepting that responsibility. Further down that self-delusional path, eventually our morals are lost and we must go to the agent of government - the notary in this case - to enforce integrity among our family members
