Harvesting humans we do not know if this is real

I find it fascinating that so many people are falling for the simple trick of some guy having a phone with its ID set to AstraZenecaXXXXX hidden in his pants and making out that his jab is trying to pair with everything via Bluetooth. Effort required: 0.1%

Yet something like this with probably close to a hundred mutilated bodies and organs strewn around what looks like medical facility bloodbath and everybody cries 'fake'. Can anybody imagine what it would take to set something like this up? I'm not claiming that it is real, I have no evidence, but get a sense of perspective! Who has the resources to fake this, if it isn't real?

Just seeing the gore and refusing to believe that it could happen is textbook cognitive dissonance.

It's obvious that someone doesn't want you to see this - makes it all the more real. Normal people wouldn't do what ApresMoiLeDeluge has done here. Mental illness has many forms - I wonder what he/she/it does for fun.

The scene is filthy and chaotic, and therefore, it must be sinester and possible even satanic. I can't imagine that this is a real hospital department, but if it is, someone should be sacked.

It looks more like seperating body parts for the anatomy lessons and cut classes. When you have a cutting class, you get parts of bodies to exam and yes it looks cruel but these people gave there bodies for the medical science. And it has nothing to do with harvesting organs or whatever, because off a dead body you can't harvest organs for transplantation.
