Having "positive" anchor points while navigating through the "negative"

⁣In this video that we posted on 18th December 2020, Joanne Dunsmore and I explore how we can find positive anchor points. This tool will help us to have a higher inner starting point when dealing with any "negative" situation. And to find our way back more easily, if the "negative" situation gets to us.

Please note that we're not trying to avoid, deny or suppress any negative emotion/situation. This is for the whole purpose to have some resources before getting into that.
