Go keto/carnivore, cut out all sugars, grains and industrial seed oils ("veg" oils that have never seen a "veg"), no processed foods, 8 hrs sleep, exercise every day- vary type, length and intensity, try intermittent AND prolonged fasting (hint- going keto and breaking carb addiction and then becoming fat adapted makes fasting a doddle)....Vit D3/K2, Vit C and zinc....and I've ditched caffeine too.....
I disagree with this doctor. Now is not the time to stop smoking/vaping/drinking/or whatever. Stopping addictive habits takes months and your stress levels go way up, and your immunities go down. People are already in agitative emotional states, adding another stressor just makes things worse. When things calm down and go back to normal, that would be the time to take on the challenges of breaking addictive habits…
This lockdown is making people’s immune systems weaker and more susceptible to bacteria and viruses. A healthy immune system needs to be constantly reacting to bugs to stay healthy. Parents who kept their kids in sterile environments badly damaged their kid’s immune system, having children who grow to be sick adults. Parents that allowed their kid’s to play in the dirt and sleep with their pets made their children’s immunities stronger throughout their adult life. Mingling among one-another and passing germs is what keeps our immune system healthy. What the State and Federal government are doing with social distancing and wearing mask is badly damaging our community’s immunities. Stop this nonsense of wearing masks and go outside and live as you used to. Do not comply with these destructive limitations on our health and lives. Your best defense against any virus/bacteria is getting as many germs as you can to keep your immune system active and healthy. When you encounter people with colds and flu’s, try and catch a little bit of their germs. The more you get infected, the less you’ll get sick. Old people have been exposed to so many germs in their life that they rarely get sick from colds or flu’s. Your immune system can protect you against just about anything, including germs causing cancers. The more sterile a society becomes, the sicker its population becomes. What makes us healthy is each other passing our germs around to build both individual and herd immunity. Keeping our children separated may damage their immune system for the rest of their lives.
