the first thing I noticed about all this is how calm everyone is...also where are all the people that were 'evacuated' ? was the bomb squad called? this is all strange....

Early in NINETEEN SECONDS AN APARITION APPEARS THAT VERY CLEARLY LOOKS TO BE A SOLID WALL ON BOTH SIDES OF THE SMALL STREET. Moments later, still in NINETEEN seconds - a dark color small truck suddenly appears facing right side of the street so the entire truck is visible. Where did that come from?
At TWENTY THREE SECONDS, on right side, a small white cloud appears on the right side of the street; at 24 seconds the white cloud appears to get larger. Are the blast images of the same street/event {and in the correct sequence}?

My first impression is that it's weird that a cop just happened to be there (and walked away from the targeted area just before it blew up), as well as the camera placement and framing, which really seems ideal for recording the event.
