I love Leo! The only thing that I would add to all that he said here is that our ultimate power over the antichrist and satan is prayer. Christ makes the promise that he sends us out with ultimate authority in his name, that We may trample on snakes and scorpions and no power of the enemy by any means shall harm us.

when it comes to leaders we should take our concerns and our woes to the throne of God in Jesus name.

Look at every king that oppressed the people in the Bible. Who was it that brought Nebuchadnezzar low? Who was it that halted pharaohs armies? Who was it that wrote "mene mene tekel upharsim" on the wall which harkened to the death of the king? Who was it that brought the princess of Israel into complete control to stop oppressing the people? Who was it that sent the dream to Pilate's wife who commanded him what he should do regarding Christ? Who was it that sent the angel to strike Herod on the side which gave him a grievous wound and maggots where he died three days later?

It was the Lord God, creator of heaven and earth, the Most High Who has power over all things. in the scripture he showed us he has power over every leader, every official and that is our ultimate power when we go before the throne in Jesus name. When we take our deepest and most dreadful concerns to the throne in the name of Jesus Christ, he promises that he hears them and if we trust in him alone his power overrides all things. It may not be in the immediate moment, and it may not turn out the way we want it, but it will turn out for the best and rest assured he hears every word we pray. We are his children and he loves us dearly. The prayers of a righteous man availeth much. all glory to Abba and heaven in the name of Jesus Christ, King of kings and Lord of lords, Savior of all mankind. It is accomplished! Amen and HALLELUJAH!

By the way… The Lord did all those things regarding the kings and leaders because people obeyed him when he said to pray for their leaders. The scripture gives account many times that he asks us to pray for them, not against them or any other person for that matter. For example when he delivered the Israelites from Egypt, he told Moses that he had heard the cries of his people… What do you think that is? It was prayers for over 400 years. When he rebuked the princess of Israel for taking advantage of the Israelites, why do you suppose he did it? Because he had asked them to pray for the princess of Israel and then he interceded. When he stopped pharaohs armies when they were coming to attack the Israelites at the shore, why do you suppose he gave such a dramatic and powerful exhibition? It is because Moses told the people to pray and watch, and the Lord interceded. Pray pray pray.
