In the UK our common law rights come from the Magna Carta. Statute law is simply the rules of a company. Namely,

If you do not work for a company, its rules do not apply to you, therefore you can ignore all statute law as it is the rules of a company you don't work for. As a free person, you need only abide by the rules set down in the Magna Carta. When in the UK I have lived by this as a freeman on the land. I have been arrested and summoned but as statute law has no jurisdiction over me, I have never paid fines or spent more than a couple of nights in prison.
Always resist the police, but peacefully and never admit that you stand under anything they say nor volunteer ID or your name. If you follow the rule, "never be deliberately unkind to anyone or anything", you will always be within the rules of the Magna Carta. You must always make it plain that you do not and will not obey officers of the company 鈦OVERNMENT UK LIMITED, any more than you do those of Walmart, if you don't work for them.
Well done but you need to get your facts straight, the UN has no durisdiction in England as English law trumps it. Just go on the gove website and everything you need is there. You don't need to quote the UN, they are the enemy. As a human being we have rights under our own laws. How can you break the the law excercising your human rights? Personally I wouldn't speak to any police coming to my house harrassing me. Just as long as you haven't harmed anyone physically or stopped the flow of commerce then you have not broken any laws. The police work on statutes which are contracts and need you to agree to be a part of the contract. It's complicated but it's best to keep your mouth shut when dealing with the police.
