Piers Corbyn has been fined £10,000 for allegedly organising the anti-lockdown protest in central London.
The brother of former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn was among those to attend the 'Unite for Freedom' protest on Saturday, which was held in Trafalgar Square.
Corbyn told talkRADIO's Ian Collins that he believes it is "quite likely" Sadiq Khan or the government were responsible for his arrest in London on Saturday.
Corbyn says he was told by police officers that the order "came from on high" but will not pay the fine.
