The new Statutory Courts created in 1961 have NO Lawful Jurisdiction, which means Judges in Ireland have NO Lawful Power to Hear Cases in the District court, Circuit court, High court, court of Appeal, or the Supreme Court, as it is Not Possible in Law to Revive an Act that was Never Enacted.
