We hear a lot about Neanderthals, about humans, apes and such, but why do we never hear anything about Cro-Magnon man? In this video I introduce some little known details from Stan Gooch's research into the life and mind of Cro-Magnon man, one of the parent species of us, the hybrid that is humanity.
Who were the 'mighty men of renown', these heroes of old, these blue-eyed sons of gods who came ashore with the Sun in their hair? Why are larger shoulders, beards and hairy chests seen as masculine?
