Pretty sure he's just talking shit because for one they are not going to use the same pass code for every lock in the area but also what good would flipping the switch do when they will instantly know, come and flip it back up and add more locking mechanisms to the box. Just burn the damn things to the ground and be done with it.

They need to be accessed by engineers though so there will effectively always be a way to access these. Even with a stronger lock, metal cutters can and would break them. So I think he makes a valid point. If just 1% of people did this once a day, that would cover all of them and then some.

@joeblogs1985: The best bet would be to destroy the innards somehow because you would already be facing a criminal damage charge for breaking the lock so might as well do some real damage while inside it.
