Are you 18 years old or above?
Love this video, thank you! When you are forced by men in costume with guns to sign something you don't agree with or want to sign (everything you sign is a CONTRACT, and contract CANNOT be coerced - there MUST be a meeting of the minds, both sides must equally benefit, and more!), you can NULLIFY, or make void, the contract by doing one of two simple things, and if you do neither, you are AGREEING to the terms of that contract - to pay the fine or whatever: First, by writing the letters "V.C." immediately BEFORE your signature (no spaces, ie "V.C.John Doe"). V.C. stands for Vi Coactus - it means "having been forced" or "having been compelled" or coerced. COERSION IS A CRIME, particularly when it comes to contracts. Black's Law Dictionary: "COERSION: Compulsion; force; duress. It may be either actual, (direct or positive), where physical force is put upon a man to compel him to do an act against his will, or implied (legal or constructive)." State v. Darlington, 153 Ind. 1, 53 N. E. 025; Cliappell v. Trent, 00 Va. S49, 19 S. E. 314; Radicli v. Ilutohins, 95 U. S. 213, 24 L. Ed. 409; Peyser v. New York, 70 N. Y. 497. 20 Am. Rep. G24; State v. Boyle, 13 R. I. 53S. The second way is to add ellipses "..." immediately AFTER your signature (again, no spaces, ie "John Doe...") This means (in legal terms) that you had more to say but were not given the chance as you were under duress or not given the time or opportunity. That "more to say" could be that since you were being forced into creating a contract (everything you sign is a contract!), that you wanted to add a stipulation (perfectly lawful). "I will sign this if you pay me one million dollars, stand on your head, and bring me a shrubbery." Doesn't matter what you wanted to stipulate, you weren't given the opportunity because a man in costume holding a gun was threatening you with intimidation and unlawful orders and you felt pressured and unsafe. It's VERY important that if you're asked to put your signature inside a box of any kind, that V.C. or ellipses FIT INSIDE THAT BOX and that nothing hangs over the edge. Your signature, as well. Everything outside the box is void. It's also important not to use BOTH of these methods, imho, V.C. would be my first choice - it has more teeth. :) Hope this helps!
