Whatever you think of Tommy Robinson, the police behaved disgustingly towards him. When TR was canvassing (pre covid scam) as an MP and people were listening peacefully (all filmed) the police offered him no protection against his enemies. A RIGHT afforded to ALL political candidates. They escorted a violent, MDL group towards those rallied who threw scissors and bottles of urine at everyone. The children had to be driven to safety. When TR was having a peaceful family meal before a football match the police terrified his children as they forced him out banning him from the town! The police are bullies, anti British, anti democracy ànd don't even know the law. A national disgrace. 80,000 reported crimes in the North West have gone unchecked, yet if you're over 70 sat on a bench or standing in the street with a coffee you've every chance of being detained. The most gauling thing about this is that they're too stupid to realise that by not upholding the law equally for all, they too will one day be victims of it.
