Those who wish to follow this path of claim to common law thats fine all power to you, but I want to explain a few things, the birth certificate is not connected to the NIN/starwman it's your certificate of birth that's created at hospital that's connected to your strawman/NIN. there's 2 reasons common law wont work at this point - 1 at street level police don't enforce/acknowlege law of land 2 courts don't judge under common law, I studied common law for 20 years Sui Juris.
if common law was ever to have worked we wouldn't be in the situation we're in now.
there are no common law courts.
the highest court in the land is Parliament - which is not common law.
I wish this wasn't the case but those are the facts, I'm not against common law or anyone who wishes to learn about it I just believe we're past the point of being able to use it, that would have been 20 years ag.
I believe the only peaceful way forward is to on mass stop paying council tax after that there's only 1 action left & thats civil war.
