I highly recommend "LifeStraw Home" and "LifeStraw Mission" (for travel), they filter all bacteria, viruses, chloride, fluoride, pesticide, lead, and all microplastic from your water. So for step one from this video these are great and cheap, in my opinion. Also I always have my filtered water next to an Orgonite (not from Amazon or Etsy!! make sure you get a real, well made Orginite that has no "empty" (see-through) areas inside and it should have a metal content of at least 50%.) The real ones don´t look as "pretty" but they do add a healthy energy field to the water, the water tastes better.
